The Masters of Puppets Festival 2025 presents itself as a significant development from the 2024 edition and sets new creative and content-related accents under the motto of ‘Palaeo Vision’.
Particularly striking are the revamped designs of the main stages – Rage and Kodama – which are staged as more immersive experiences thanks to new spatial structures and a more intense audiovisual concept with 3D projection mapping. Musically, the festival is opening up further: a 72-hour techno showcase on the Kodama Stage expands on the previous psytrance focus and brings an additional underground club atmosphere to the site. In addition, the Lunatica Stage (formerly Tortuga) complements this with its versatile show concept, which awaits guests at the entrance to the festival.
Compared to 2024, which was an anniversary year celebrating the past ten years and focusing more on the tried and tested, the 2025 edition is more ambitious and innovative. Some areas, including the campsite, have been redesigned and optimised, resulting in a noticeable improvement in the overall experience for guests in 2025. Overall, the 2025 festival marks a significant step forward: away from a predominantly musical event and towards a holistic cultural event with far-reaching aesthetics and content.
